    Thank you for this chalangge, from day 0 until rn this challlange is the only challange i enroll and make me push myself to have a decent streak...

    Recently i used nofap forum way too many its happen because when i cut all social media, youtube etc nofap became my escape and i want to prevent that in order to improve my digital wellbeing..

    Dear fellow warriors,
    It is with great regret to declare that it is the end of this challenge. I wanted to change the war rules and give this thread a new look to make recovery enjoyable for participants. But recently I have figured out something. The more I think about NoFap, the more the word "porn" stays in my mind. It is the same as telling someone , "Don't think of a pink elephant" and the first think the person will do is thinking about a pink elephant. Likewise, when I think about the word "NoFap", everything about PMO stays in my mind. I have decided to quit this site and also the reddit subreddit NoFap. There is another reason for ending this challenge here. I am quite busy currently and I will get even busier this year. So it's better to end it right here right now. Though officially, this is the end of this thread, I might revive the thread in future if I want to.

    It has been a great pleasure to participate in wars with you guys. Your support really helped in tough times. Wishing you a happy new year! Hope you can surpass your current self this year and express your superior self. All the best, soldiers!
