Cold Showers and my question

So it's curently 6°c outside and ny question is abouth the cold showers
Do you guys take cold showers with the hot water knob aldaway turend down or you turin it a little bit.In my cold showers its like 1/16 or 1/32 turned on so the water is cold but super cold so that i can't bare it and my head will hurt so also my question : is my shower concidered a cold shower because i shiver sometimes so its cold but i can't handle only cold water because i get brain freezes sometimes and also my head hurts sometimes.

i live in the tropics, so a cold shower isn't really 'that freezing'..

having said that, if i could give you one piece of advice @TheYoungLad
It's your body.. do what feels right by you (only you know)

Also another question should i take thrm everyday because now i take a cold shower like 2x a week or 3x a week i don't need to shower that much because i don't get sweaty/dirty because of coronavirus.
 
Bro if you don't take cold shower then take a mix hot and cold bathing don't take it too seriously if you are not comfort in cold shower because of temprature then leave it. This is the thing which are help on NoFap because cold showers can make feel great and avoid urges.
