Cold showers

    Hi all
    I have written in the past about cold showers. Before I started nofap I always had hot showers. I have been gradually reducing this. Last week I got the flu due to a cold shower. I am wondering how cold is cold and what would you recommend

    I guess it should be discomforting enough, but not too cold to make you ill.
