Important things that I have learned at different points of my recovery process will be posted here regularly. Every morning pay a visit here for important piece of advice to kick PMO addiction once and for all.
 
There are some traps in PMO which can be considered as death traps as they force you to relapse.
1.FOMO(Fear of Missing Out) Trap: Feeling yourself deprived.
2.Guilt Trap: Feeling guilty for relapsing for a long time or feeling guilty even for having one peek and in order to remove the guilty feeling doing PMO.
3.Perfectionist Trap: Now this can be another version of guilt trap. It is about trying to do everything in the right way and losing motivation even after making a single mistake like thinking about PMO for a while, having a peek etc.
4.Depression/ Anxiety Trap: The best way to avoid it is always forcing you to staying busy doing something productive.
5.Flatline Trap: At one point of reboot, not feeling urges or getting erections ranging from low to nothing. As a result, going for PMO to check whether you have lost virility or not. You have to stay calm at this point because it's perfectly okay. You will regain healthy urges at some point.

Don't prove yourself insane by PMOing every single time for pleasure despite knowing the fact that it never gave you pleasure in the first place.
 
Meditate everyday even if you don't have enough time. Cut down your meditation session to 5-10 minutes if you are too busy but try to never miss a single session. Same goes for working out.. Work out everyday even if you can manage only 10 minutes to do so.

Don't ever search anything related to porn just because you are bored. Reach out to your family and friends. Go for a walk. Work out or meditate. Get out of your comfort zone. But whatever you do, don't give in to your urges
