There are some traps in PMO which can be considered as death traps as they force you to relapse.
1.FOMO(Fear of Missing Out) Trap: Feeling yourself deprived.
2.Guilt Trap: Feeling guilty for relapsing for a long time or feeling guilty even for having one peek and in order to remove the guilty feeling doing PMO.
3.Perfectionist Trap: Now this can be another version of guilt trap. It is about trying to do everything in the right way and losing motivation even after making a single mistake like thinking about PMO for a while, having a peek etc.
4.Depression/ Anxiety Trap: The best way to avoid it is always forcing you to staying busy doing something productive.
5.Flatline Trap: At one point of reboot, not feeling urges or getting erections ranging from low to nothing. As a result, going for PMO to check whether you have lost virility or not. You have to stay calm at this point because it's perfectly okay. You will regain healthy urges at some point.
