Coming to Terms That I'm Addicted

To all those other members on this site, I don't know how many others of you have come across NoFap and wondered what it was exactly. But I, myself just happen to be one of those people. I had a look at what NoFap was actually about and what they stand for and honestly I can see the righteous cause that they have and are trying to promote and I have to say that I'm on board 100%. After I read what they were trying to do, I thought about how many times I do the "deed" and I have to say that I was kind of disgusted with myself. I'm just one of those countless other teens who play excessive video games, read, hang out with friends and just use porn when I'm not doing any of those things or just plain bored. I hope to better myself with my lifestyle and I feel like this is the first real step that will actually benefit me now and for the future.
