Hello Brothers, I am a 25yr old male living in the UK, who has been struggling with PMO since he was 12.
My end goal is to go without PM indefinitely, my current goal is to make it at least 90days.

Is 'WHITE KNUCKLING' or using 'WILLPOWER' alone not leading to those long streaks?

Day 0 Coming to the end of my first day of this journey after relapse yesterday - I have felt so tired, with little motivation. Cant wait for the increased energy and motivation you get from Nofap.
