    During my previous nofap and during this, I am experiencing common cold after second week of noPMO. Is this common???

    I too have had cold and sinus symptoms. When flu symptoms very early in and could hardly get out of bed.

    Yes, I always get it in first weeks of hardmode. No worries, it will pass, just a withdrawal symptom.
