Compare it to strict diet...

    I'm in a new week, so I'm trying to change my mindset a little so I don't fallback and gaze at a little porn. I'm comparing this month of the reboot to being on a strict diet to get hardcore results. If you eliminate any source of artificial stimuli, the results of your reboot will come along faster, just as a strict diet will give you shredded abs in the weight room (which is ultimately where I want to be at).     And and quick question, I recently reactivated by Facebook and Instagram, should I go back and deactivate?

    That depends on your history. Have you found "artificial stimuli" there in the past? Can you control what you see or dwell on. I have Facebook, but the content is not explicit enough to trigger anything for me.

    At times when I browse too much, sometimes thoughts of p, sometimes just sexual thoughts, not all the time though.
