I've successfully completed 90 days noFap - no masturbation or porn.

I had sex about day 70 with one girl, and now have a second girl who I'm in a relationship with. The first girl I had an erection and O'd twice with her one night, but then we decided to stop seeing each other. This new girlfriend I've had 2 situations to have sex. The first was a bad one, although possible. Today was the second time, and I couldn't have an erection. It's horrible.

I'm afraid going on noFap has desensitized me from looking at women and feeling aroused, even with my new girlfriend. However, I feel it can be psychological because I've been feeling anxious with her for the past week, and only today did we talk about our relationship and understood we're actually boyfriend and girlfriend now.

I'm in a position where I feel I need to relapse. I feel I need to go watch P RIGHT NOW TO TRY TO FIGURE OUT IF I FUCKED MY BRAIN IN THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE WAY. Believe me guys and girls, not having an erection with a new partner you really like is embarrassing and makes you want to crawl inside and cry in shame....fuck...

  2. You need to discover if you have ED with real women by going and watching porn??.. Just read that again, read it slow. What's it going to prove? What do you hope to figure out?

Look more into addiction recovery, 90 days is an arbitrary milestone. Some guys are taking up to 2 years to fully recover. You're at 90, don't fuck this up

Give me the 90 days before you relapse! I don't care if the ED takes 3 or 6 or 12 months I do care to stop watching the shit P and run away of it forever..

From my previous personal observations, the best way to fight PIED is to go monk mode (no S, P, M or O in any combination) for 4 to 6 months. I start getting occasional erections around 3-4 months into recovery, 5-6 months is when I'm like in my twenties again. Horny and getting spontaneous erections just from looking at hot chicks on the streets. 3 months is not enough if you have long PMO binge history.

Thanks for your help guys. I didn't nor will watch P. But I will be going to a doctor to talk about this and maybe he might help me in some way.

You mention you get occasional erection from watching girls on the street. One of my goals doing this was to stop feeling aroused at the workplace. I can now literally look at a woman and not feel any arousal. I'm afraid I went overboard with this decision and now I'm not sensitive enough around a woman. When I look at a woman now, I kind of shrug it off.

Don't worry man, it will be ok.
I've read your story several time already on NoFap.
You're brain is resetting and when a real relationship/love comes in it does not know what to do.

Good of you to go to the doctor, you never know.
And just talk to her about it. Nothing to be ashamed about, she'll probably be gratefull that you share your feelings with her and are trying to improve yourself.

    Good Luck!

Last night I had my first nocturnal emission. It felt fine, but I definitely wan't expecting it. I hope this is a sign of stabilization.

Have you been to a doctor yet? ED is 50% psychological in most cases. You need to rid yourself of anxiety. And see if he can prescribe you ED medication. The goal of NoFap is to pursue healthy real sexual relationships eventually.

Yes, I saw a doctor 2 days ago. Did some tests to rule out any physical STD issues (just routine, kinda). He agrees that it's surely psychological. He did not prescribe any medication. However, I am taking Maca pills, per suggestion of a friend. It's basically a multi-vitamin type of thing to help increase libido and sorts. Will just be taking this box of pills, to see if I feel any effects or difference during sex. I did not mention that do the doctor though (although I doubt he'd know what it is). Maybe a nutritionist might help.

I will be trying to not push sex with my new partner, and simply be with her and enjoy my time without that pressure, and then we'll see how it goes.

  10. 90 days is very much an arbitrary number.

Sometimes we forget that that even before the PMO addiction took hold, there were days were you would generally be off sex.

You need to have take nature and biology take its course, there is no need for you to hurry it.

Once you brain, hormones and wires are settled, you will know when you are ready

For a lot of us guys in this forum its psychological. Let me know if those Maca pills work. I think you have the right mentality to be patient. Good luck brother!

Bro I feel you. I’ve just recently relapsed at 65 days and I’ve been talking to this new girl. I got kind of anxious because I actually like her and her company and to hear her not respond a while after her telling me she needed some me time a few days ago but that everything was fine got me a little anxious and wondering if I was being too needy though I only text her once she texts back

you might neeed to go for an additional 90 days. no amount of pills from the doctors will help. Even if it did, you won't enjoy the sex like how you should

    Man, just listen!
Stop looking for all answers in a internet forum, go see a doc.
I've been there, the doc gave me some pills, i used then for like 60 days. And then, slowly, i was able to have sex again, without the pills.
You're just fine, it's just in your mind.
    Good luck.

Hey guys, again, thanks a lot for your support. Here are some updates:

I've been to the doctor, but he didn't prescribe me anything, he agreed it would be psychological because I'm a very healthy male with no bad habits such as smoking and alcohol.

I've been taking the Maca pills for about a week. But I'm going to stop taking them. Why? Because I've had 2 nocturnal emissions this past week, and I need to figure out if it's because of the pills that are triggering my libido, or if it's noFap. For those who don't know, nocturnal emission is a waking up from cumming while you were sleeping. Still not sure if that means I can get an erection more easily though.

I asked the doctor to get STD tests so I can have sex without a condom provided my girlfriend agrees and is on birth control. I haven't talked with her about any of this because I don't want to be forcing sex. I also don't know if my relationship fears with this girl are affecting me.

As of now, I'll just be waiting and sensing if my body changes for the next weeks. I could possibly go see a psychologist as recommended by my doctor.

Glad to hear your healthy and have stopped taking those pills. Else you might become dependant on those pills, either through the chemicals or just the placebo effect. I'm sure your brain will reset and everything will be allright.
Good to have yourself tested as well.
My (limited) experience now is that my brain was so wired to think of sex, sex, sex all the time that it just feel very strange to not think of it, not be aroused all the time. At the same time it feel much, much more normal.

What I never get is the above condom story? I have always use condoms because :
a I don't want kids, and that's my responsibility, not hers.
b Even when my girlfriend was on birth control pills, we both wanted to be sure(r) no kids.
c she has to carry a damn baby, not me so I'd better be a gentleman and wear a rubber
d I don't want the love of my life pumping drugs/hormones into her system, so she stopped taking birth control
e.Most of the times it feels better for her with a condom (with lubricant)
f I'm not that desensitized that a condom lessens my pleasure in any way.
g Leaving the kids out of it, without a condom you still leave her with the mess
    h. It's not only her you are protecting from STD, lots of STD you can have without knowing it

    These are my reasons
I could go on but I just do not understand.

  18. Dude.. u de-wired ur brain. Now rewire towards real sex. Can take months too.

I had the nocturnal emissions about 3 weeks in to my no PMO streak but I let myself down got complacent and relapsed. It’s definitely a good sign and just stick at it and it will get good in the end. I’m on day 3 at the moment but I’m really hoping I can go a really long time.
