Computers and alone time

I'm on day 40 now and although I am pleased with my progress I have noticed my trigger is always there. I've been away with my wife and kids for 3 weeks and I have to admit that I didn't once think of PM or webcamming(which was my main addiction). They were around the whole time and we were on holidays so I found it easy.
Now we're back and the kids are back to school. My wife is working and as I work for myself I usually spend a few days working from home. Work is not very demanding but involves a good bit of time on the computer. This is when I used to indulge and this is when it gets harder to avoid or resist. The opportunity is there, and a long habit is ingrained in my mind so I associate this time with settling in for a nice time with some models online. But now I am trying to think of the feelings I associate with afterwards. As soon as we are finished and I think of the hours I have wasted. The problem is also that it was so enjoyable. The interaction and the flirtation in a relaxed environment. I still look back fondly on some of the interactions I had - some amazing shared websex in the beginning. But I suppose thats the problem with any addiction -its good in the beginning and then you overdo it, and your chasing the original thrill. In giving it up I feel that I can now transfer that energy into my relationship with my wife. My libido and desire for sex with her have increased and the thrill of our encounters is rising.
This community is a great substitute for my old habit. Now instead of immediately logging onto a webcam site I come on here when temptation hits and post something, and read others stories and read responses - all of which helps. This is my first time doing this and it seems to be working - so far so good...... So thanks to all of you for your support and I'll do my best to support any others out there in a similar situation.
