i just relapsed after 4 days which I am very annoyed about and the thing that has been the most challenging of late is my concentration. I have a levels coming up in a couple of months so I need to be doing lots of revision and work for them. We are currently in the Easter holidays so we have 2 weeks off. Monday marks the first week of the two off , and all this week I have been drowning in coursework which needs to be done before my revision so I haven't had many chances to revise . When I should be doing my business coursework however , I'm just sitting at the desk doing nothing and hoping I can do something. I can't concentrate for more than like 20 minutes without getting up / procrastinating! I thought after 4 days my concentration would be improving but the pressure of not masturbating and the stress of my exams caused me to relapse . I couldn't take it anymore

It's very hard to concentrate and procrastination gets worse after you relapse. The best thing that worked for me was sitting at library for hours no matter how I felt. It did get easier to concentrate after the first 2 hours at library.

Hello there brother the same thing happened with me when my exams were coming .. and i also choose to do the thing that you did.. My speed of covering the syllabus was getting slow when the urges were coming as i wasn't able to concentrate but later on after relapsing i realized that i wasn't able to focus because of the felling of guilt of having relapsed.. Then later on i checked out a video of the sacred sexuality project (it's a channel in Youtube ) titled "Is Masturbation Productive" and in that the guy says that if you get over the urges during tense situation then you will build up a level of willpower that will make you more confident in future. So don't you worry.. Keep trying sincerely and you will win.

Every time I relapse, I get extremely clouded and my thoughts are racing and foggy. It makes me put off my concentration, right now on Day 2(?), I am mellow and calm and I can actually focus really easy on anything even with my ADD.
