I say break the cycle

 

You can do it man! Go to the section entitled "success stories" and let yourself be encouraged and hopeful. Lots of people have gone through what you're going through. And lots of people have beat it.

 

If you had a streak, you can get another.

I won't lie, the chaser effect will make this more difficult, but you still have a choice.

Don't let the guilt stop you from moving forward. Once you get some time under your belt that will fade. And you should be fine with women after you've had a good streak.

I can't tell you for sure how long it will take and I won't tell you it's easy, but it is worth it because it's the rest of your life that you are fighting for here.
