    Hiya

    Im on day 5 and this is the longest ive EVER not had a wank lol anyways I suffer from shyness an example would be I feel awkward and avoid queues or busy places and struggle to talk to people anyways yesterday I was at mcdonalds buying food and there was something wrong on the order usually I would be too shy to speak up but I actually mentioned it and had a 15-20 second convo with him and my words flowed out very nicely as usually my throat is very tight and I struggle with getting my words out I know for a FACT this must have something to do with the no PMO because I only ever feel like this either when im drunk or the morning after I have had alchohol so far im feeling pretty damn good has anyone else experienced feeling more talkative and confident?

    It gets better and better! And it works like a positive spiral. Because you know you can talk to people. Which is awesome. *Boosts in confidence* 'What if i talk to a girl?' *Talks to a girl* ' Wow!! It worked!! We talked and she didnt pull me down or anything what i used to negatively thought in my head!!' *Boosts in confidence* etc etc.

    Keep it up! But be aware! Every upsides have their downsides to. You might experience some days when you do not feel like this.

    Yeah i've read on here people have the good and bad days so i'm totally expecting some problems during this which no doubt everyone else will also experience but so far i'm feeling pretty good although my balls ache slightly.
