Confused and degrading! Need help!

    Well all what i am going to say is probably everyone has experienced. i am relapsing day by day and i really feel helpless about it. i have not attended my college since 3 weeks because i have not completed any of my projects (beacause i dont feel like dont it) to show it to my teachers. And neither do i have guts to show incomplete work and now i really don't feel like working at all. I am missing a huge amount of my work. I have always been in top 3 in my college and now I don't know whats happening. Please help!

    Sounds like depression to me bud. Go see your doc, be very open and discuss what your experiencing. Feeling like you failing yourself, such a with NoFap, collage classes etc, is can help depression take hold.
