Confused because of my condition with pied....

    Whenever I’m with a girl I get super hard at first but then I lose my erection once I precum. When I precum I go soft and can’t get an erection again, it’s so weird!!! I notice after I get precum or whatever I feel numb. Can anyone help?? Thank you

    I'm not a doctor.

    But, I suspect your body thinks it has orgasmed and is releasing prolactin. Only a doctor can tell you for certain.

    Is that something that would show up in a blood test? Cuz my test levels are normal

    Prolactin will show up in a blood test but only if the doctor specifically orders a test for it. I’ve had my blood tested many times before and it’s never been tested for prolactin.

    Standard blood tests look at cholesterol, kidney function, liver function, blood sugar and stuff like that. Unless you’ve been to a urologist, it’s unlikely that they’ve looked at your prolactin.
