To start off, my longest streak so far this year was three days.
Longest streak of all time was two weeks.

Before those two weeks, I did PMO around twice a day and now around five times a week. Yeah, it got better, but my situation here is still rlly bad imo. After creating a NoFap account today, I thought maybe I would be able to avoid a relapse for a while, but I relapsed eventually. Maybe nothing I try is working because i don't have enough motivation, idk. Please help
 
Join a gym, take up a Job or take additional tuitions if studying, roam outside with friends or family, take up a hobby : reading, painting, music
