Contentblocker for Ipad

Hey,
I want to set up a contentblocker for my ipad, but i have some issues with it. It seems like, the only way to set it up without being able to just turn it off whenever I want (which kinda defeats the purpose of it), is to use the screentime function and let someone else set up the Password for it. This unfortunately blocks a lot of random sites I would like to use (this is annoying when I have to do research!).
So I wanted to ask, if anyone has found a good option to block porn on my Ipad, without messing up my whole browsing experience.
The best option for me would be something, that turns on safesearch on google, and lets me make a list of websites i want to have blocked (ideally a list i can expand upon if i need to).
I have tried a couple of apps, but they all seem to require me to turn on the browsingrestrictions in screentime.
