I’m married, decent job, with 3 beautiful children. I’ve been a faithful husband and like to think I am a good father. We’ve been together over 20 years. But the marriage has hit hard times over the last 3 years and it has taken its toll on me and our relationship.

Looking back, she never really instigated sex and it always felt like she was doing me a favour. That’s the danger of punching above your weight, I don't think she ever really fancied me.

The last time we had sex was in August and we no longer show any physical affection to each other. I want to reclaim my power and self worth. I don’t want to initiate sex with a partner who treats me this way, nor do I want to be attracted to other women. But I need help to control my urges, turn everything off and just live in peace.
