corona outbreak

The premises is i have been fapping excessively the last week and i need help to keep my self-quarantine fap free.



Ok so since the corona outbreak the times that i get out of the house were decreased i used to go out at least once every two days going to meet friends , school and other things
But now from last week and untill 2 more weeks i can't go out
the ministry of health in the country i live in suggested not going out at all
I tried going to the market just 2 days ago and the neighbourhood looks like it has been abandoned
So as you expect it's very bad
I haven't gone anywhere except the market
For the last week and that means a lot of time with myself
I don't know what happened to me but i just started fapping everyday like crazy this week
like seriously i have been fapping up to 4 times a day which is very bad i don't even know what to do i tried playing video games but still had a lot of time remaining in the day i added studying and even exercising but when you are in your home 24 hours time passes slowly
I don't want to waste the entire day doing things that i don't want to do
Yes i like playing video games but when you are sitting in front of the screen 5 to 12 hours then your eyes hurt like hell
I have tried to stop myself every single time i start fapping but that just makes it worse as it leads to fapping for longer periods and edging too which is the worst
I have reached a stage that now i am afraid of what i will do

I don't know how to stop
I need help so if you are willing to help me with any experiences or advice to keep my self-quarantine fap free
I would be very thankful for receiving it
