Your addiction developed as an escape from negative emotion. You wanted relief from the fear of the virus and so you went to your standard stress reliever. If you want to overcome this addiction you need to develop better emotional regulation. Meditation is probably the best and easiest habit for doing this.
Of course. This was an eye opening revelation for me, jees. My chest feels so overworked, from anxiety.
