Correlation between morning wood and rebooting

    Hello, fellow fapstronauts.

    Maybe you can help me with this one. How much is morning wood an indicator of a progressing reboot? Currently on Day 16, and even though I can feel minor improvements, I'm somehow stuck on the idea that morning wood is that one telltale sign that works as an indicator.

    What is your experience with the topic? Can one successfully reboot and still not experience morning wood or are those two 100% interconnected?

    Everyone is different. It depends on your diet, lifestyle, single or married, etc. In my particular case the more I work out the more frequent MW regardless of relapsing.

    My MW becomes stronger the longer I reboot. I don't have sex and I avoid masturbation as well as porn. I believe that is mostly related to PIED, but I guess it may be related to my general condition getting better due to a healthier lifestyle.

  4. Depends on the person. In my case MW is an indicator that the reboot is working. When you go from months of numb to getting MW again how can that not be seen as a sign of progress?
