Could it be possible for my senses to have improved?

I feel like my senses have definitely improved. Particularly my sight.

When I walk around outside colours seem more vibrant and I notice detail more and I notice peoples faces more.

Inside, I have noticed my iPhones pixels for the first time - this sounds weird but I have never been able to see the different pixels on the display of my phone before.

Do you think I am going crazy?
