Could masturbation and porn be the reason for guys being feminine?

Hey guys! What you think about the following:
"A 2007 study on rats found that frequent masturbation lowered androgen receptors in their brains. Androgen receptors help your body use testosterone. Another study on rats showed that frequent masturbation increased estrogen receptors. These assist your body in using estrogen. Over time, frequent masturbation may affect the overall ability of your androgen receptors in utilizing testosterone."
    ?

I started masturbating when I was 8. And I started watching porn when I was around 12. During most of my teen years (I'm turning 20 this November), I spent hours and hours masturbating and watching porn. The worst was during my summer breaks when I literally spent whole days with my penis in my hand.
As a result, I am a bit feminine, can't grow a beard, I am weak and very skinny. Could it be because of excessive masturbation and porn that my testosterone levels were probably lower than they could be during the time I was in my peak years of puberty resulting in all the factors I wrote? Any guys out there that have similar scenarios?

Can’t say medically, but I feel weaker and less good if I regularly PMO.

these theories, I personally think sound believable. Get yourself some hobbies, get down the gym, try and connect with your physical self.

I think the key lesson for me, if I think it it’s a problem then I gotta deal with it, it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. We’re here to listen but u gotta decide how you feel and want to proceed

I think it is true. I think masturbation and any excessive loss of testosterone is bad. I did it from 8yrs to now 42yr. In period when I don’t fap I feel much better and stronger. I find that lifting heavy weights boosts testosterone. So I have a lot of lifting to do to make up for decades of feminisation, although I am still masculine overall.

You're 19 for God sake. Your production of T and growth hormone are peaking as we speak. Just stop MB and start doing planks, pushups, crunches/situps and squats on daily basis for 2 months to strengthen your core to prevent injuries, then hit a gym 3 times a week using gym machines for 6 months and then progress to free weights. Add 2.5kg max resistance every 2-3 weeks, eat enough of proteins and you'll transform your body from skinny to bulk in just a year. Add some aerobic sessions 2-3 times a week into the mix and you'll look like an athlete before you know it. Sitting in front of the screen and thinking about it won't help you grow muscles. Muscles need constant stimulation and fibers tearing in order to growth. Once you get older, you start having problems with levels of T and GH, but not when you're 19. I was fapping like crazy in my late teens/early 20ies and still manage to built and sustain very masculine body. It all comes down to consistent workout and enough food at your age.

I would doubt it, correlation does not equal causation. Though I'm not closed off to this idea. Where did you find that study on rats? I'd like to take a look at it.

I do not know if masturbation/porn harms your body's ability to make use of testosterone.

But I know that masturbation makes me feel depressed, tired and lowers my self-esteem. These are symptoms of low testosterone levels.

On the other hand, having sex makes me happy, energized, calm and confident. These are symptoms of healthy testosterone levels.

I did not measure my testosterone levels. But my symptoms indicate that masturbation/porn is bad for testosterone levels and the body's ability to make use of it.

While you're rebooting, you could try hypnosis to increase testosterone levels and feel better instantly (given hypnosis works for you):

It can make you unmanly yes but not feminine. Many women actually see feminine guys as hot and pmo definitely doesn't do that.

Everything you experienced and mentioned above is true. Excessive PMO does harm the receptors, I started MO at an early age and there was no kind of sex education or guidance so basically I didn't know what I was doing. But fortunately I wasn't indulged into excessive MO(started around 8 years old). After that I didn't not MO for around 7-8 years and was in good health with boosted immunity, digestion. But then when I entered collegei started MOing again although I wasn't into porn. Also to mention went to a Endocrinologist for my hormonal imbalance and it came up that I had more estrogen and cortisol than normal, my prolactin was shooting high. Testosterone was of a 50 year olds at age 17. Clearly I started developing calcium and muscle loss and my limbs were like a girls, skinny ass. My hips became wide and I lost weight. To conclude I think it downregulated my androgen receptors as after some days my testosterone was sky high like it should be and estrogen and cortisol were below normal.it did upregulated my estrogen receptors.i am finding a way to downr regulate estrogen receptors.
