Could no extreme masturbation habits or low quantityof porn cause PIED?

I have been fapping for 10 years, from 14 to 24. In this time frame, I never got intimate with girls. In the last 3-4 months I got a gf, but I have a severe case of PIED (at least I think it's porn-related)

The point is, I have never been an "addict". I always fapped 2-3 times per week, never explored the death grip or strange masturbation habits, and never escalated to extreme form of porn (well, I like hentai mangas, but the normal ones, not extreme fetishes involved).

Could this create PIED? I always read success stories from people who was far more addicted than me, like fapping multiple times a day, edging for hours ecc. (I think my maximum fapping time frame is half an hour).

Is there anyone with PIED that had masturbation-porn habits similar to mine? I'd like to assess if I am somewhat a special case, or if it's more or less normal.

I started nofap more than 100 days ago. In the last 2 weeks, I was able to masturbate until orgams only using touch and without porn or fantasy. I consider this a sign of improvement. But still, while finding my girlfriend extremely attractive, seems like I can't get properly excited.

I hope there is some light at the end of the tunnel, I just wish for a normal sex life.

Couldn't just be a case of the nerves getting the better of you? You said you haven't been with a girl before perhaps you just need a little time to get in the groove. Especially if its only happened once or twice, definitely stick with it don't get too down on yourself.

I'm not sure but I remember for me being in a similar position. Not even really that interested in porn just once or twice a week sometimes less. It was after having ED I started to up my dose, if you like. Now things are much worse and its all uphill to get back to where I was before. So steer clear of the porno.

    Good luck with it man

I don't know man, we got intimate many times in these months and it would be strange if it would still be anxiety problems. Maybe some degree of anxiety is present (it's still different from being alone) but there is a lack of libido that would be normally required to overcome that little anxiety.

    Good luck to you too.

Go to the doctor to rule out other causes of ED. Meanwhile, keep your abstinence going.
