So I'll make it short
I've been masturbating for years at least once a day which was normal for me but then looking a few years back I understood it coused a Ed for me
Had a few girlfriends since then talked about it with each one of them , sometimes sex was great sometimes i just couldn't get it hard.
So I been in NoFap for a while but only now managed to do it for so long . Basically after around 60 days I felt like my Ed was cured and I had sex without help from medication that I used to take from Time time to help me get hard, had a really good feeling, so a few days after around 65 days I decided to masturbate just once without porn because it's been like two weeks since I had sex and I didn't want to finish fast the next time I'm with a women. So I did it it was amazing but I made it clear for my self this is a one time thing .
A day after that it's like i havent even started NoFap, my Ed was back and I had like no sexual libido and my d*ck was small and "cold" again .
I tried having sex again only to see that i can't manage to get an erection . It's been 82 days now and I only had one fap , I smoke weed everday for a while now but don't feel like this is what cousing it. I have a lot of stress in the past weeks beacuse I have many exams so I'm also taking Adderall now which may also effect my erections . I'm just feeling so frustrated like this will never go away . I'm dating this girl now and I told her im going throw alot and it may effect my erections. It just feels like I started from zero and now I have to wait or just accept that it's the situation.
