    Hello everyone. I've decided to make a unique effort to fapstain. I've never tried an internet site before. I'm gay and Mormon and trying to avoid P&M is difficult. I am going to try the 30 day challenge and if it's going well I will bump it up to 90 days with an eventual goal of 1 year. Hard Mode. I have about 2 days of no fapping and its usually a weekly or biweekly thing for me.

    I'd never tried anything like this before either (joined in April), but it's worked out well on my end.

    Do you know what your trigger points are?
