Counting 3 wins

1. Got my lights for camera and tried different setups. Still need more stuff to my project, but compared to my previous picture I was getting from my old v760, new picture with this light and sony a5100 seems a lot better. Still need better lense, kit one suck with diafragma openable only on ~5.6 on 50 mm. For my need of'course better to use something like 70mm but with my small room I need than at least full frame camera, that too expensive for me.
2. Beat new hard levels in beat saber. Moved to it from just dance, because tired after month of playing everyday. Beat Saber seems not so difficult to body, like just dance (mostly I'm playing extreme songs), but still I'm getting wet.
3. Reorganised stuff in my room. Used space more efficient, made more space for VR, things looks more cozy.

Today's wins:

1. Tried out Pilates class (will do it again, really relaxing and God knows I need to calm down).
2. Didn't do shit at work.
3. Went to the gym.
4. Had a good talk with a friend who cheered me up about my shame and guilt problems.
5. Didn't PMO.
6. Ate healthy.
7. Booked car rental for cabin retreat.
8. Meditated.

Today's Wins:
1. Got mock exam results and actually did pretty good
2. Found out exactly what I need to work on and what I need to start doing
3. Was extremely social at school
4. 18 days No PMO not sure if its placebo but I've had way more energy
5. Read
*This thread has been very motivating, thanks.

what is not mediocrity? Going to gym?
One habit want make you successful but taking care of your body is better then not taking care of it.If you don't want to train that's your thing but you don't count it as a win.By that logic you can also count PMO as a win
