  3. Prayer is always an awesome option or meditation. Once you get in the zone it really calms you down, church or temple as well. :)

    1) The learning/mental game -
    Today’s enrichment mentally:

    1. Read extensively a Spiritual Warfare book that’s been having a huge impact on me and living a life that’s about self-denial

    2. Read maybe 4-6 chapters of the Old Testament in Jeremiah and a Book or ACTS in the Bible

    3. For bed read some of American Gospel

    4. Some of the Self-Theories book I’ve been reading for sometime

    5. Watched 2 Science Learning modules

    2) Physical Game - Did my recovery workout and did a small jog. Working on the recovery of an old scar tissue injury

    3. Spent time in prayer for friends, family and against COVID including declaring Psalm 91 over my family

    1. Got in my first speed workout in 2+ months nursing hamstring injuries — ran some steps today 4x12 steps with 30-50yd jogs to warm up and head home. Looking to at least potentially be in shape to try out for Semi-Pro Football this coming summer. Got in some strength training when I got home using some heavier weights.
    2. Read the Bible during the day and got in some prayer time.
    3. Accomplished reading: Public Speaking Textbook, Bible, and Urban’s Way: Urban Meyer and His Plan to Win

    1. Did a stair sprints workout + had a huge day in Strength training. Set new personal bests in both volume and weight used
    2. NoFap
    3. Nearly finished my National Academy of Sports Medicine textbook for recertification for personal training, read many pages of a Sport Psychology book, read a chapter of the Old and New Testament, read some of a self-theories book and American Gospel.

    Overall, Great Day!!!
