    first thing, I really see this like understanding my body. I feel I got stuck for many years in this phase of getting horny then getting some relief by fapping. I think this is natural during adolescence, to know the body and reactions. But getting stuck in that phase is pretty much similar to a child that gets stuck in using a pacifier.

    Now it is time to mature. Knowing that sensation is sexual desire. And that needs to be connected with the rest of me: my emotions, other sensations, my thoughts.

    What happened explains it. It will help you to understand why you failed.

    You're right mate. We are adults and have to show maturity toward sex drives i.e. exercise conscious control. It's all to easy to slip into unhealthy habits. We should wear our sexuality on our sleeves - we're not monks. However, this does not mean it should be uncontrolled. It can be a fulfilling and happy area of life if directed in the right way. We just need to handle the force better. Thanks for sticking with me

    Completed day 6...1 more day for a week :)...Although earlier I have done NOFap for 6 days and 6 days is my best until now. But you can count on me this time I will go for a very long streak. :cool:
