Courting a relapse every time I Pee

Hi everyone,

I noticed that when I urinate there is a little drip after. IDK if its because of my water intake. I drink a lot of water since I was 14, a gallon a day minimum (im 28 now) and it has saved me so many times. For example it was easier to give up weed and alcohol because I detoxed faster. (I think thats how it worked)

I noticed that the drip would make a little spot of urine on my boxers that would accumulate by the end of the day and be a little smelly. So to avoid any drips getting on my boxers or PJ pants I started dabbing the tip with a piece of TP. And giving a wag.

I found that the extra 30-60 seconds I spend each time I pee making sure it is dabbed off and wagged dry is sometimes triggering physical sensations I haven't felt since a few days ago, when I started this. So I just wanted to say that I need to be careful about this cleaning practice. Wagging it definitely creates some sensations, probably due to heightened sensitivity.

The part of me that just wants PMO back will try to utilize these sensations to weaken me and gradually give my mind some of those neuro-chemicals.

Anyway if anyone has any comments, or can relate, please let me know.
