Study, drink water, go for a long walk, eat healthy, read books, stay away from social media.

    1. If you're into video games, play them! Pick up something you haven't played in a while or buy something you've been meaning to play.
    2. Are you a reader? Do you have any books in mind that you've been like "gee, I need to read that?" Amazon prime that shit.
    3. Are you into exercising at all? I'd highly recommend it if you're in a reboot - great time killer and an excellent life improvement mechanism. If you're a newbie, I'd google Nerd Fitness and check out their bodyweight routines.
    4. Learn a language. Seriously, there are so many resources out there in this day and age. You could download Duolingo and try to see how quickly you can complete the course. They have a lot of different courses and new courses are coming out pretty regularly. Alternatively, if you're a turbo nerd like me, you could try learning an ancient/medeival language, like Latin, Ancient Greek, Old English, Old Norse (I'm currently trying to learn Old Norse). These languages tend to be harder to learn, but the payoff is very satisfying (at least I think so).
    5. How's your dating/relationship life? If you're anything like me, it's non-existent. BUT the quarantine is a great time to learn new things. Look up Dr. NerdLove - great dating resource for young men that isn't PUA/TRP.

A bad time when the wife is still working. I am keeping away from weed, drink, and most of all porn. Not easy after many many years.

Do as many activities without being alone. Also be active on this forum. Talking about your issue and supporting others definitely helps. And most importantly avoid anything that can trigger you to relapse. Be family friendly in your choices of movies and such for some time. Try to find and accountability partner. I’m not sure if I’m a good one. But let me know if you need help.
