Cravings

okay craving wise, This day sucks,

I am having Major cravings, Like on an ultimate level.

Don't know why but i can't focus on work, every second there's a naughty thought in my mind, Up until now it was very easy to control compared to the cravings i'm having today. the thoughts are so intense, i can't turn my mind away from them and i think that's why i am having a hard time...

until now, i never fought with the Urges, i simply sat back and observed them and then they would pass in seconds, sometimes minutes. but today the frequency is very rapid and the intensity is also very strong.
