Crazy Dreams & Procrastination

Ever since I've started NoFap again, I've noticed something strange in my dreams. For the past two weeks, I've been having dreams where I'm presented against an insurmountable odd, and ultimately; I'm conquered by it. I've had dreams like this in my youth, but not in such quick succession.

Is this a result of my mind rebooting from "NoFap"?

Also, I've started reading "The Rational Male" by Rollo Tomassi and "No More Mr. Nice Guy" by Dr. Robert A. Glover. After beginning these books, I've noticed aside from my increase in confidence, that my potential to procrastinate has also increased.

Could this be that the material I've read is conflicting with my subconscious, like my subconscious is fighting back the revelations made from the material? And if so, should I slow down my exposure to said material?
