Creating a why statement

It cannot be emphasized enough. If you want to be porn free, you have to create a why statement.

It is the place you must start. We all need to determine with clarity "why" it is that we want to be free from porn, or else we will never be.

My why statement is something I meditate on, and think about often. It is written in the notes in my phone, so i can refer to it often. When I am tempted to look at porn, I instead think about why I am abstaining. And it is a potent reminder that pornography we keep me from the successful future I am pursuing.

My why statement; "I am moving on from having a confused mind, and choosing to be a lucid and critical thinker."
