    Hi!! This may go to Off-topic
    I find it funny that I use Nofap in incognito mode (which we know what we use it for), and I thought it kinda triggered me, but I think it may do the opposite.

    Everytime I press Ctrl+Shift+N, I get ***that feeling*** whether or not im trying to look at P. But as soon as I type Nofap.com the feeling changes completely. Maybe I still feel a little embarrased but Im so proud of not searching for P.

    So, try this exercise. If you decided you'll watch P and opened ur incognito (You may do it in regular tab, same thing), before typing your favourite P page, type NOFAP.COM, and go straight to PANIC BUTTON. Go to the forums, read a few posts, maybe go to yourbrainonporn and read real reasons.

    This uses little to no will force, your brain still thinks even if you read it you'll go straight to P afterwards, but this little thing may block completely the urge!

    Panic button has saved me multiple times
    I used to use NoFap in incognito too, but I've stopped since it makes it easy to relapse. It's a death trap.

    Same, it can be triggering. Few years ago it was because I logged into my family computer, and now it's because it is the house computer in my house (I only live with my girlfriend) and I feel kind of ashamed.

    I love George Orwell's 1984 btw!!

    I'm not very good at controlling urges. I need to have an emergency plan! Unfortunately, Nofap.com glitches for mobile users... So, I can't really use panic button!

    Behavioral psycholochy says you must change the focus of attention. Try automatically dragging the attention to anything else as soon as the urges start, (working out is option number 1, maybe going for a walk, cooking and eating, building a lego set, something productive that makes your brain feels good). I hope it helps you! Always consider seeking for a proffesional.

    Incidentally Incognito, InPrivate etc (the name depends on the browser) isn't quite as private as you might think. I was looking at flight prices in incognito as I had been led to believe the best deals are not offered to people who have looked at the same destination previously. When I logged into Facebook in normal mode there were ads for the airline to the precise cities I had looked at! So the porn sites may still be able to know what you've looked at before even though the porn sites won't appear in your browsing history on your computer.
