    Hey brothers, hope you're all in good spirit and moving forward on your paths. I'm curious after reading a lot of threads if anyone could please shed some light on the wonderful benefits that can be accompanied with semen retention.
    I'd like to know what experience ya'll have had with superpowers from semen retention. I'm feeling like there is definitely some serious energy building up and transforming my life and it makes me wonder who else has experienced a similar feeling and more? Plus what and when can I/will I experience magic at it's maximum velocity.

    I've read quite a few things on the subject, and in my limited experience can say that quite a bit of it is true...

    -increased memory
    -increased mental focus
    -more powerful thoughts (more easily influence others)
    -physically stronger
    -people and things don't bother you as much
    -easier to achieve goals
    -naturally more positive mood
    -increased cognitive abilities
    -easier to meditate or go out of body (OBE)
    etc... things along these lines.... which basically influences every aspect of your life.

    I would like to add :

    -better looking skin
    -deeper voice
    -the penis is bigger and thicker, balls are bigger too
    -my level in chess seems to be better while on semen retention
    -better sleep
    -leadership increased

    You know, in my first Nofap attempt I thought that superpowers will just come to me. Like, I do nofap and thats it. Everything will come and I will become a Batman. Well, I was super horny and had many relapses
    Until I learned that I need to tansform that sexual energy into another areas of my life and I need to be focused on healing my porn addiction.

    A little bit yes, at least in my case.

    I also feel more connected to things. The best exemple is nature as I've always been scared by insects and spiders, I tend to fear them less while on semen retention, I guess it's related to better confidence.

    Yes indeed! That's what I noticed after a few months of hard-mode. It just got marginally longer on the length (just noticeable) but it became a lot thicker and fatter for sure.
