Current NoFap goal

I think it's time to discuss my current goal regarding NoFap.

Over the past months this year I have been struggling to stave off masturbation and earlier this week I joined the site to help make a fresh start on this journey.

Now a few days ago I relapsed again and jacked off in bed one morning (I wrote a thread about it the other day) and decided that this would be the last time.

Anyway, starting from today, I've decided to go a whole week without fapping and then push for a whole month.
I've decided not to count the days even though I'm using a PMO tracker.

There's a guy on YouTube called therealmikkois and when he was doing NoFap he counted the months rather than days which I think is better.

Also, I've got a convention coming up end of July which a lot of my friends are also going to and I want to be able to enjoy my time there more.
After that I'll probably try and go another month.
I'm not too bothered about the 90 day goal but if I do reach it, great.

So yeah, a whole month of not fapping with a convention on the line.
LET'S DO IT!

Dont think on counting the days. Counting the days will not do anything. Note down what leads you to a relapse and prepare accordingly.
Exactly right.
I think I've sussed out what causes me to relapse. Mostly it's boredom so I'm going to try and cut it as much as I can and start doing more with myself.

I always counted days and i liked it but everyone has a different way to be successful with this journey.I wish you good luck with your journey and i sincerely hope you succeed this time. The first few days are but it gets easier after the first week passes.Keep yourself occupied and find another habit to replace the old one so you can be successful.

Thanks, mate. And I will.
