Cutting down my dopamine fixes

    I'm currently on a 127 day streak of no PM as i am suffering from ED & PE issues.

    Currently been unsuccessful in both those issues so i have been trying to cut down dopamine fixes:
    -Social Media (especially instagram)
    -Phone usage
    -Looking at women in a sexual way in public
    -fantasizing about women in public

    After about 7 days of doing this (to some extent) i have been feeling really depressed and my anxiety has been going off. Any reasons?
