D73 - I want to relapse

    Almost there. But.

    I cant take it. I feel like I am missing on all the hard sex and attractive girls I can only have in porn. I will never experience this in real life.
    In my case even self-improvement won´t help, since I already have a wife and a family.
    NoFap actually puts my family at risk, since I try to seek sex elsewhere.

    Sex life with wife has improved, but it still doesn´t give me full satisfaction and likely never will (lacking variety, youth and practices)

    It´s not an uncontrolled urge. I just try to think about this rationally.
    My sex life without porn is somewhat boring compared to lucky alpha males and porn actors.

    In 30 years, won´t I just regret not watching porn and enjoying it?

    Just think about those dudes who do porn. I seriously feel sorry for them. Can you imagine them looking back on life 30 years from now - if they are even alive? Regrets? They'll have a few.
    As you know, doing nofap causes you to view life differently. At times, it is a real struggle. But a real man understands that life is not a movie, and it sure isn't a porn movie. Don't quit.

    Listen (read) carefully: You have a lot more luck than the majority of those guys, since you have a family who loves you and who you love.
    Maybe you value more those possible porn experiences than what you have now, but it's not a real thing, it's because of hypofrontality, your addiction is sabotaging you.

    You don't need to be an alpha, you need to feel alright with yourself and your environment. Alpha, beta etc, is just people comparing themselves with others. Never compare with others because we are all different.

    Keep pushing without porn, and there will come a time when you will think: Did I really valued this more than the life I have now?
    Now go and hug your family as soon as you see them. They are invaluable to you, as you are for them.
