Today I mowed a lawn for the first time. It was surprisingly peaceful

 

Today i managed to triumph over depression in a healthy way.

Today iam so happy. It's my 1st day of no PMO.I have known about NoFap yesterday... It's really a very good initiative ..now I feel much relaxed ...it's been not easy to control myself..in the past I didn't watch porn and masturbation for 30 dayz but during that time all those sexual thoughts used to run in my head...but now I can see that I don't get any sexual thoughts..it's brilliant you people are so inspiring and motivating..thank you guys...so thus i accomplished 1day of no PMO..

 

Today I did talk to that other girl at the gym, introduced myself and had a great conversation with her. It’s pretty awesome breaking the anxiety barrier and having confidence to do this with beautiful women lately.

 

Today I woke up before 6am.

 

Today I did start another art project. Keeping the hands busier than ever in other ways

 

Today I witnessed history when both World Cup matches went all the way to penalty kicks (which hadn’t been done since before I was born, in 1986).

 

Today I accomplished to not argue with a family member. I exercised for 45 minutes even though it was hot.

 

Today I accomplished to get my to do list completed. Now I can relax and take an extra day off to myself.

 

Today I went grocery shopping for some chicken and veggies. I've most eaten premade or frozen meals for the last couple years and I want to start eating better and exploring/experimenting with cooking as a hobby.

 

Today at work I got some reports done that I had been worrying about and it wasn't as bad as I had thought!

 

Today, I completed reading the rule 3 of the 12 rules of life book by Dr.Peterson! I hope I read 1 chapter everyday for the coming 9 days as well! But according to previous statistics, it is impossible! lmao!
