Daily Accomplishment thread: ''Today i did...''

Today I woke up early to do some biking. I think weekends is easier to relapse because I don’t have to wake up early to go to my job.

 

Today I participated in a PT session and didn’t quit.

I will reach my goal

 

Today I cancelled a meeting with a potential client so that I could focus on work I want to do. It's hard for me to say no or to upset people, so I felt uneasy for an hour after that call, but it wasn't as bad as I had previously thought.

 

Today I went to the dentist. But the feedback wasn’t great lol

 

Today i accomplished to finish a major project at work and before the deadline. Stayed focused and got it done. Accomplished.

 

Today I did wake up at 4 am

 

Today I woke up at 4.55 am and got out of bed in less than 5 minutes. I also prepared for today's lesson in the morning, not an hour before it.

 

Today I relapsed again. But I’m making pancakes so at least I’ll come out of it with a full stomach. Time to reboot!

 

I know the feeling of dealing with sarcastic comments, especially from family members. Kudos.

 

Today I called my uncle to wish him happy birthday.

 

Today I didn’t really do much of anything lol, unless accomplishing something in PokémonGo counts.

 

Today, following the instructions from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, I started to put in writing the vision of the life I want to have. Also, I prepared for a Monday lesson. While working, I felt anxious, so I arranged to go ice skating with my friend to avoid relapsing.

Today I went to a meetup group for the third time that is related to one of my hobbies. I woke up feeling tired and thought 'maybe I shouldnt go, I look a bit of a mess' but decided to go anyway and it was really good. I connected with other like minded people who share my hobbies. Felt so good to get out and meet people I can relate to rather than isolate.

 

Today I spent Mother’s Day with, as you may have guessed, my mother. Nothing special, just a relaxing Sunday

Today i went on a small trip which helped take my mind off stressful things.

 

Yesterday I went to a youth gathering in church for the first time and met some new people.

 

Today I found a clip that explained a fundamental problem I have.

 

Today I got 5 fillings at the dentist....YAY!!!

 

Today I learned that I can find something funny in every situation.
