Daily Accomplishment thread: ''Today i did...''

today I meditated for 10 minutes even when I didn't want to. I'm proud of that.

 

Today i did really good engaging people in conversation

 

Today, I've visited 2 social events, had a few moments of connecting with other people, and wrote an email to a person I'm looking up to.

 

Today i got some work which needed to be done out of the way.

 

Today I endured a massive depressing phase. I got myself back together and realized that some things are lost only, when giving up on them.

And I managed to have a conversation without arguing.

Just starting my day , A lot of negativity ,will kick it

 

I did 40+ push-ups. I'm grateful for wrath from which my will to do them arisen, as I felt soothed afterwards.

 

Yesterday I accomplished another day of not losing my shit when someone tried to feed me some major BS to avoid taking responsibility for their actions.

 

Today I accomplished keeping angelically calm when I did a presentation at university where I was interrupted by the teacher every two seconds, right in the middle of my sentences. Instead of 45 minutes, it took the full 90.

 

Today, I've successfully dealt with an urge.

 

Today I joined NoFap! Had PMO'd after a 19 day streak and decided that a community would be the best support for me instead of continuing alone. I posted my introduction thread where I was met by kind words and sincere motivation. Very glad we all go through this together!

 

Yesterday I accomplished to get all my work done at work and home. Huge.

 

Today I created a reboot log here on the nofap forum. Today, for the first time this year, I have actual hope of successfully rebooting and getting free from PMO!

 

Today I did finally talk to THAT girl at the gym and told her she was “gym-spriration”. She replied with “yea, so are you, I’ve seen you grinding hard and you put in tremendous effort.”

Sometimes a young man needs to be reeled in, be stern and firm of course with kind words and the right example. We are the example and kids feed off their parents behaviors and use them in their future selves.

 

Today i was having a depressive episode but got my stuff together fast and got back up.

 

Today I completed my assignment that I've been putting off for a while, I put in extra effort at the gym, and I fought my urges. Even though I normally relapse on this day, my streak is still going!

Lately I was very productive. I faced some of my fears and continue to grow.
