Daily affirmation

When it comes to affirmations, I use:
I'm free from the bondage of pornography, masturbation and hyper-sexuality.
I am focused.
My self control is greater than my urges

 

I'd re-jig this one a little bit to say something like:

• Every day, I see myself more and more as a person who does things other than watch porn and masturbate.

It's a little long, but it is emphasizing (a) a Growth Approach to recovery, and (b) what ideals you are approaching rather than avoiding.

 

I am saying "Thank you" every day.

 

I second that. I would be even more precise. Instead of "does other things" say the precise things you do. And probaby don't talk to yoursef about porn at all. Because a word gives you a picture, a picture gives you a thought, and a thought goes into action.

 

Every day, my self-control and self-discipline are growing and growing.

I like this one.

 

I am in control. I am worthy of living a happy clean life. I will be productive today.

1. A jazzed up version of Buddhist Lovingkindness prayer

"May I live my life with joy

2. "I am me, I am free and I live with my life with joy

3. "The world is a large and varied place and I interact with the very best of it

 

I use these ones:-
1. Each day and in every way in get better and better.
2. Change and Transformation come from faith, love and hope.

 

That's both so true !

 

Mine say nothing about porn, because the life I live in the present and the life I want to live In the future do not have porn in them

Very right, an affirmaton should only contain positive thoughts and positive words. Do not include any wording which guides you back to your problems.

In fact, the addiction goes "automatically" away when you are just confident and self-assure enough. Having the inner security of a child who can sleep in any situation. Love and faith are the magic ingredients of a good life.

 

Just started back at school here man. With the extra focus and the extra time, we'll be storming ahead this year, bro!
