Day 2 done, working on day 3. Not many urges to look up stimulating stuff online since my reset. I've been sleeping much better, I'm sure that's partly why.
I did M a few times, but the habit to look up things is certainly fading away.
I trap myself searching my history and other ways to look for tracks of porn. I found some and deleted it (after watching some P :-/)
The heart is suspicious. But I didn't abuse the keyboard and that's my goal.

Most times when i'm having major urges i tend to do this method, and from one thing comes another.

6 days done and working on the 7th presently. Had a couple close calls but thankfully had the wherewithal to not indulge in idle surfing.
Day 4 been doing well just haven’t posted in a few days

Day 9 down, and today I'll be working on the 10th. Had a reset yesterday morning but at least I've been strong with keeping my searches in check. This thread has been helping me with that.
Day 5 I want to do better
