Day 11 behind me.
Day 12 of being mindful of my Google searches was successful.
Day 0 I think I’m gonna take a break from YouTube as well
Instagram can be triggering too I've noticed. Hang in there!
Day 13 is behind me.
I saw my addiction shifting from hardcore (xxx stuff) to ..... yes youtube.
Youtube is able to make me relapse.
I mean: I am able to let youtube let me relapse.
As long as we misuse the keyboard and the mouse, we need to process our issues in a deeper way.
We better put our time in that important processing, than spoil our time on stuff that we then need to process afterwards....
Day 1 clean
Day 2 I’m trying to change my habits so I’m not online as much still on quite a bit
Day 0 I’m getting better I went back to YouTube and I’m gonna go off of that once more after the 25th and take a break, my reason for relapsing today was waking up dreaming I had relapsed what did I do about it I made it happen not very wise
Keyboard: 56 days
Mouse: 10 days

What's going wrong every time? What can be changed? How can you be changed?
I’m not really that busy and have to much time on my hands and there is boredom
But did good today
Did not give in but I’m using YouTube I’ll get off it again soon I got a new job so I should be busy again
