Today I will not use porn because because there's nothing good in it

 

Today I will not use porn since I do not wanna get into all this contemporary and dreadful "50 shades" nonsense. Get rid of it!

 

Today I will not PMO because I'm feeling a little down, with a cold, and I don't want to make myself feel any worse.

 

Today I will not PMO because it is disgusting, and if I go back to this behavior again, my feeling of respect to myself will go even lower than it is now. I don't want this at all.

 

Today I will not use porn because I want to use my time and energy with productive things.

today I will not use porn, because I like the idea of transparency, of not having to hide parts of myself from people.

I wanted to say “not be an addict”, instead of not hide parts.., but maybe the reality is my addictive tendencies won’t change and I’ll always be an addict, but at least I’ll be one who is in control of their addiction.

 

Today I will not use porn, because there's no growth in emotional escape.

Today I wont use porn because while Im close to a new milestone, each day is a beautiful milestone. Each day is my life and I’m part of something greater than myself that is part of an eternal love. Porn separates us from the world, enough! We must bring the world back, because we are living in a fantasy.
