Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I won't use porn because yesterday I did for the umpteenth time and I realized AGAIN that I had a stupid idea. PMO is an enemy our my happiness. Please guys don't fall for it! It' doesn't help you!

 

Today I will not use porn because I realise the damage it can cause me. This damage is far far greater than the benefit of a little excitement. The excitement is false and created to enslave people into this addiction. I want to think more clearly, make better decisions and make a better life for myself. I notice that during nofap it feels like something is missing and that takes me back to porn, but it is not porn that is missing but deep enjoyment of life. Porn has robbed me of the deep enjoyment which is slowly coming back into my life the more I stay away from porn.

 

Today I will not PMO because I'd rather not relapse, instead I'll just sit back and watch as this streak keeps going and going.
