Today I will not PMO since I am starting to slip and I had sex for the first time since quitting porn yesterday and I have come to terms it is gonna be a long recovery-process in my case. And also I will not PMO since I need to find new ways to relating to girls sexually other than my degrading porn-induced fantasies.

 

Today I will not use porn because i will be having dinner with my daughter and i want to see her right into her eyes and not feel guilty !

I had a reset. So today I will not binge because I don't want to undo all my progress.

 

I will not PMO today, because I love life without porn! And I don't need PMO, because it makes my perception of life awful, and it makes me feel guilty. If I want a better, magnificent future for myself - there is no way for PMO!
