Today I will not use porn because it serves no long term satisfaction for me.

1.Porn is a virtual world which not only destroys my time but also my libido in real world...
2.thus i can never experience the real pleasure if i get stuck in that fake world to escape reality....
3. i often watch porn or masturbate only to escape reality....this has become a habit for me... i have never lived my life....i have been a dead man trying to avoid problems....instead of having the guts to face those problems....i don't wish to be a dead man....
4. of all the problems i have faced in my life if i can quote a single reason then it is masturbation....and porn promotes it.....which promotes dirty fantasies....and when your brain tries to act on them to make it reality....YOU HAVE ALREADY SCREWED UP YOUR LIFE....
5. I WANT TO REWIRE MY BRAIN....which means i don't want to think about sex all the time and masturbate, rather spend my time productively.....
i don't want to be an addict to porn....i don't want to be an addict to masturbation....i don't want all the categories in porn to take over me and become my dark fantasies...i don't want to keep on fighting with my brain to quit this and lose my peace and respect i have for me.....for this i should not watch porn...i should not masturbate...for this i must not entertain any sexual thoughts in my brain..this is why i want to stay away from PMO TODAY....
