Today (next 24h) I will not use porn because it's never satisfying. Relapsing after 30 days gave me nothing - not alot of shame either because I'm working on not feeling outright down in the dumps when I relapse - but also no real pleasure, only the feeling of being addicted to a cheap thrill and having no control over myself. I hate this feeling and I really want to stop.
